In some instances, it is possible to return an item that was gifted to you.
You are welcome to return a gift, provided proof of purchase can be supplied, and any items being returned meet our Change of Mind Returns Policy.
RETURNING ITEMS PURCHASED ONLINE
You are welcome to visit us in-store to an exchange an item gifted to you, all you need is proof of purchase, and for the item being returned to meet our Change of Mind Returns Policy.
Please note, that if opting for a refund in-store, or if you return an online purchase by post, the refund is automatically issued to the original payment method used. It is not possible to change the account the refund will be deposited to.
